1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BD Collectiones, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our sourcing or manufacturing services.

2. Sourcing & Manufacturing

We provide B2B sourcing and manufacturing services in Bangladesh. Please note:

• MOQ: Our Minimum Order Quantity starts from 50 pieces per design, unless otherwise agreed.
• Samples: Sample production may incur a fee, which is often refundable upon placing a bulk order.
• Production Time: Standard production takes 10–15 days, but this can vary based on quantity and design complexity.

3. Payment Terms

For bulk orders and B2B deals, we typically follow a 50% advance and 50% before shipping structure. For local orders in Bangladesh, Telegraphic Transfer (TT) , Bank Transfar (LC), Paypal(Small Payment) may be available for specific categories.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We facilitate shipping from Narayanganj/Dhaka to global destinations. Delivery timelines provided by us are estimates. BD Collectiones is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or international trade regulations.

5. Quality Assurance

We maintain a strict quality control process. Buyers must report any manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will investigate and provide a replacement or credit if the claim is valid.

6. Intellectual Property

Your custom designs and tech packs are your intellectual property. We guarantee that your designs will not be sold or shared with other clients without your explicit permission.
